Shipping Returns

Furgenics ships to Canada and the United States. This policy outlines how we process, package, and ship orders, including estimated delivery times, costs, and what to do if something goes wrong with your shipment.

Where we ship

We currently ship to:

  • All Canadian provinces and territories
  • All 50 US states and Washington D.C.

We do not ship internationally outside of Canada and the United States at this time.

Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or Canadian/US federal holidays are processed the next business day. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking email with the carrier and tracking number.

Estimated delivery times

Delivery times are estimates and depend on your destination and the carrier's network.

Estimates exclude weekends and statutory holidays. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, or high-volume periods (such as the December holiday season).

Shipping costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order size, and the shipping method chosen. You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.

We periodically offer promotional free-shipping thresholds. When active, these are displayed at checkout.

Fulfillment

  • Canadian orders ship from our facility in Vaughan, Ontario.
  • US orders are fulfilled through a US-based fulfillment partner. Because US orders ship domestically within the United States, no customs duties or import taxes apply to US customers.

Carriers

We use a range of carriers depending on destination, package size, and service level, including (but not limited to):

  • Canada Post (Canadian domestic)
  • UPS, FedEx, and other major couriers
  • USPS and UPS Ground (US domestic, via our US fulfillment partner)

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. If you do not receive a tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or email us at info@furgenics.com.

Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

If your order is significantly delayed (more than 5 business days past the upper end of the estimate), email us at info@furgenics.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to locate your shipment.

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Photograph the damage (both the outer packaging and the product)
  2. Email info@furgenics.com with your order number and photos within 7 days of delivery
  3. Do not discard the damaged packaging until we confirm next steps

We will refund or replace damaged items at no cost to you. Damaged-shipment claims are time-sensitive — please report within 7 days of delivery.

Wrong address or undeliverable shipments

It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to either:

  • Re-ship the order (an additional shipping fee may apply), or
  • Refund the order minus the original shipping cost

In-store pickup

We do not currently offer in-store pickup. All orders ship via carrier.

Bulk and wholesale orders

Bulk orders (4 or more gallons in a single shipment) may ship in multiple boxes or via freight depending on total weight. For volume pricing or to coordinate large recurring shipments to multi-location salons, email info@furgenics.com before placing your order.
